Even if i'm not a big fan of Rylai, I understand why it is here. But a RoA is just not good for her, as her ratio are that low.

Nice build, yeah.. for the last item I like to go Trinity, Force of Nature or maybe a Lich Bane. All in all, pretty solid build!

Build is very nice but just guide looks bad... invert some work into it and mb u will go up (work like bbcodes and grammar check)
