If you don’t want to be the feeder, then you might want to use this build. i have red-bared champions from full health to about 3% health left. Always use your ulti on a big pack of minions or low health champions. Another good advantage is to gank. It is best if you solo mid as gangplank for this build. The best place to ulti is at a nexus were there will be a lot of minions. Do not use the ulti when minions are moving, it's a waste. "Parrrly" will probably be your most useful spell, try using it allot. Whenever you fight a champion or a turret use "raise moral" it will guarantee a kill. The second most useful spell, other than ulti, is remove scurvy. With your high ability power, and fully upgraded, you will heal up to 500+ health.
