1st of all safe play with stealth char is a MUST!!
u r life on 1 lvl will be the motivation of 1st lvl FB chars.
the boots of mobility gives u r stealth +1 lvl cause u move really really fast and u can gang
mid in 5 sec and get a kill.
also evelynn goes for mejaia's for the assist or kills or even KS :P
why not the plague rat also gets stacks from something...
try to be as much as possible in stealth before engage so u can take as much attspd as u can
cause u take, according to build ,attspd on late game
the plus on this item rotation is that u take massive dmg at middle game so..u can easy kill low life chars like mages-assassins melee-assassins really fast and safe
also u have to be very careful cause u miss lifesteal :)
