Introduction
22/0/8 This allows you to max out your damage potential and get the xp boost off of the utilities list. This section is completely up to you though. My mentality is that if they are dead how can they hurt you? So I usually focus on as much damage output as possible. Tanking is up to the tank not the dps.
All right, on to one of the most important sections of a guide. I am a die hard attack speed fanatic. And to top it off this build is extremely expensive. And the key issue with these items is that there is absolutely no CC. Stuns and suppressions will ruin your day, every time. Unless you live through the stun/ suppress. If you do survive then they had better have brought friends because they will not be getting away once they have arrived.
I start with a Dagger because, as stated earlier, I am a die hard at... no need to repeat. I then farm to my Berserker's Greaves and hopefully have gotten a kill or 2 by this time. Either way B once you have enough money to buy your Greaves and another Dagger and your on your way to a Zeal. I get the Zeal for the extra movement speed and yet again more attack speed. After the Zeal, grab yet another Dagger and start saving for a B.F. Sword, you need that Black Cleaver. As soon as you have a Black Cleaver welcome to mid-game.
This is when you can start looking at other things than attack speed. Grab a Vampiric Scepter for yet more lifesteal, then start saving for another B.F. Sword, then onto your Bloodthirster. After this point the game is usually almost over, but occasionally the game persists. And that is usually because they have either really armour heavy tanks or really high health tanks. At this point it is allright to switch from the Stark's Fervor and grab an Infinity Edge or Madred's Bloodrazor. Lots of people swear by the Trinity Force but I think that it is completely all right to switch it out for a Phantom Dancer (more attack speed ;) booya!). The last 5 items I have listed are all situational items that I build.

Build Hiten Style
as fast as you can. This build does not work without that passive lifesteal, and the active is kick-*** for the lack of damage you have early game. After Hiten Style
you will want your Equilibrium Strike
for the slow and stun duration to be maxed out. I have tried building Bladesurge
before Equilibrium Strike
and it is not as useful. Put one rank into Bladsurge
so that you can jump to the enemy and then have fun.
