Abilities are ok, But you must Realize there is no CDR in your mastery tree. Taking smite talent over gold gain gives you over 3x the gold. CDR is going to help you a ton more than minion dmg. and armor pen is going to help you more than AS marks in this situation. Also consider the dmg output in + crit dmg rather than +2 movement speed when you have trinity and a phantom dancer to make you a bat out of hell as it is. + other stuff, but I've told you enough to work on.

A pretty well-thought out and complete guide, only missing a few things.

As for formatting, be sure to be clear in your icons and skills, they seem kind of lost in there. And when not using the icons, use the hotlinks, they make it a lot clearer. In the jungling path section, add some colors! It helps to differentiate the steps a little and makes it a little more clear. In the items section, again, add some color, and be sure to hotlink to the items you're referencing. The Pro and Con pictures are a little big. :P Definitely add a clearer "Other Item Options" section.

As for the guide itself, you're not very tanky. Irelia excels at being an off-tank bruiser, not an AD hard carry. I'd suggest Atmog's, or Frozen Mallet+ Atma's Impaler. Something to get your health up and damage at the same time. Skill order looks alright for a jungle Irelia.

Like I said, very solid overall, and seems like it could work, but fix these few things and you're golden!
