As you can see there need a 6 item.
Its because its variate:
If its a heavy AD team you will prop go with Warmogs or maybe Thornmail.
If its heave AP you should grab Force of nature or maybe Wit's end.
Summoner Spells
First spell
You should always play with a escape spell:
ORSecond spell
If you play solo lane you should grab teleport because it can get you in lane fast and safe your turret from damage.
If your playing duo lane you should go with tele, ignite or exhaust.
It will provide your duo lane flexibility.
Items
Try to follow the order and remember to pick up Wards.
If your playing against a stealth hero get a vision ward in the middle of the lane.
IF your playing against any other heroes your should try to ward in river brush. It will max your survivability for gangs.
The last item depend on your opponents.
