This guide was pretty good, all the way up until the "Friendly Buffs" part. I honestly think you added the buff part of this guide to make it look like it had a little more girth.
I especially got a kick out of "Pros - Akali's worst nightmare"

Why do you think skipping ASPD boots is right? I found in my irelia build, Merc treads are unnecessary due to the passive. Her Hiten-Style isn't LIFESTEAL it regenerates a static amount per hit, which more aspd is more steal. Also the speed is more true damage when the Hiten-Style is activated.

You also talk about ArP being good with melee champions, but you do not go any further with it than the runes and masteries. That's a little over 15 armor pen, and late game it won't make a difference.

1st of all i dont get it with "Friendly Buffs".
You simply linked most of the buffs you can accualy get... nothin more? What is the point of it? To make guide desc more colorfull? Or just to fill out the lack of desc? I'm totaly not gettin it.

2 snowball items on champion that has no escape mechanism? You are just asking for ganking. That also shocks me that you accualy get 3/3 Good hands mastery. If you know you will die often than why bother?
Other than that after you get 2 snowballs your next item is one of the most expensive items. That takes us to the point where you accualy depend ONLY on snowballs...

Other than that your item section calls for "captain obvious" at some points but well.

Skills, one thing you write other thing you do.
Eq-strike "o you will need to take this 1st, in Level Abilities." In my world what would mean to max out Eq-strike ASAP, so on lvl 9 getting a point in it whenever possible, what you do is some mix E-Q so your skill order looks pretty wierd.

Runes. Seems ok but i would suggest swapping 9 runes you get <3AD for flat Mres since oyu dont have escape mechanism.

I did actually point that out, under core items, and Irelia dosn't need that much attack speed, she got more than enough in her Phantom dancer, would be the same as buying Attack speed for Akali. but ty for the positive feedback :)

Nice guide. It's obvious you put a lot of work in to it. Snowball items are great when people play well, but nothing like seeing someone who's 1/8/1 or something with a Mejai's. Good work though, but hopefully not all the noobs will go straight to Mejai's and Sword of Occult and know if/when to get them. Also the total price is 14329, which is a lot of gold. Any thoughts on Madreds or maybe Malady and adding in more attack speed?
