If you build for max heal and shield powers while using boots you get to a total of 120% increase. This will make you heal more than your max hp when you recast your shield.
Mordekaiser is also not a bad support by any means. His pull is huge and because of the shield he can tank a lot of damage. Just remember that he has no escape so dont overextend yourself.
