The build looks quite good, I used to build him a bit similarly a long time ago, just with Madred's Bloodrazor (when it was still available) for some extra AS and percentage shred. I also had many different builds, e.g. on-hit bot lane, AD/crit, tanky BotRK/Runaan, full onhit, etc.

As for the example build, I really miss Nashor's and Rabadon's in it. He needs huge AP to burst the squishies in just one combo, as his cooldowns are pretty big (other than his ult). If the enemy is not squishy, he needs more attack speed to apply his W more times (and the extra AP ratio is also nice). I'd remove Seraphs and either RoA, but you'll become a lot squishier without the health and shield those items offer you.

I am not gonna try your build, I think it's not bad, but I'm too comfortable with Kog in jungle to actually try him on mid where it's quite a hell for poor Koggy. In case you were interested, I made a guide about this, it packs some huge magical damage on his autoattacks while giving him huge sustain from Feral flare multiplied three times by Runaan's.

I liked where the guide was going, until after the cheat sheet. Nobody wants to read a guide that lacks a fair amount BBcode and has walls of text.

Now for your cheat sheet:
That's all for me, I hope I have helped. And good luck!
