Ivern is a specific champion. You can't kill jungle mobs. You need to mark them (that costs percentage health and mana) and then wait for mark to complete, after that you need to press rmb on camp to claim it. If you want to clear the camp instantly instead of waiting use smite on it.

Start on red, then raptors, wolfs, blue (smite it), frog and then get back to claim anything else.
