Heyya, will you have time to update this and remove/revamp info effected by preseason/update 13.1?

I have changed a couple of things like matchups, items, and runes since 13.1, but if there is something specific let me know and i can try to update it :)

It looks like most of it is fine. I'd been following this for a while and I noticed some stuff wasn't updated, then after that I kept seeing refillable potions listed instead of red potions whenever I returned and I thought it still wasn't getting updated. I honestly thought that if anything that would've been the first change, since you can't take refills with your jungle item on spawn anymore, and off that I assumed there had been no updates.
