Note:
with this build i had last night:
2320 hp
2310 Mana
135 armor
112 Magic resist
398 damage
62% lifesteal (kill 1 golem with blue buff to heal 2000hp)
1,201 attackspeed
160 AP
the rest is up to your runes you use
I personally use hybride runes (depending on the situation this can be handy)
with the boots:
if there are many AD enemys use ninja tabi's
but if there are more AP enemys use: Mercury's treads
(depending on the situation)
My stats so far with this jayce build:

12/2/21
8/1/8
worst stat: 13/13/24 (this was my first time XD)
