I never thought of doing this with Janna. I'll probably try a form of this build where you only get Eye of the Storm and Zephyr for a literal Janna DPS xD (Don't know how well it will work).

One problem though- Fiendish Codex doesn't stack with Nashor's Tooth because it was part of the recipe for Nashor's Tooth. Even though they are different items, the unique passives are from the same root item, making them not stack.

Oh, and your masteries... I think the movement speed would be better than the EXP gain, so you can have epic starting speed w/ your passive. And no one gets reduced time spent dead... Maybe replace teleport with ghost and then just upgrade ghost.
