I love this build... i added a Morello's Evil Tome after the Aegis of the Legion. The CD reduction will be capped. just did a 2/0/32. my lane partner was a Shyvana against a ashe and Zilean. Also i changed the +26 Health Quints to 2% Health Quints and rock about 3100 Health.

I personally prefer getting at least kindlegem and shurelya's and maybe a couple parts of my aegis before upgrading my t1 boots to cdr ones. Janna is already so fast from her w, and if you run cdr blues you have enough cdr to last you for a while. Though this does depend on how well your team is doing/how many assists you have.

This guide seems good, I highly recommend going to the Guides & Strategy tab at the top of the page, and click on Getting Started Guide. It will teach you the basic editing and formatting for a guide. Hope I helped, and have a good day!
