1. Shouldnt you buy Ardent Censer in EVERY GAME since it gives a huge buff to your ADC who should actually carry your team to victory?
2. When do you suggest to build Mejais? I guess its pretty decent on Janna since shes working kinda fine with more AP I think.

Is Janna still viable in patch 5.1?
Yes of course, she is still under the best Supports. The little nerf (Howling Gale width from 150 to 120) did almost not hurt her. It will probably only prevent a few "luck-guess" Qs from knocking up enemies but if you use it in a teamfight to knock-up the enemy of your choice it wont matter. Neither if you need it to peel for your Marksman. Keep playing her and keep ruling :)
Also, your runes are extremly wrong. Quints of MS? Marks of Armour? AP > MS, and you have your W passive and boots you know. Armor mark is useless, they provide very little stats.
And I quote:

Should it not be the exact opposite?
