+1, although the structure does not really appeal to me, I have nothing else to complain about.
I always think like: Put the least important things up front (like summoner spells and runes/masteries) and put the important stuff at the end (items and tactics). If I were you I would switch the items chapter with the summoner spells chapter, but that is just me ;P
The rest looks good and I love the pictures :D
Try to put on comment to vote aswell, to prevent trollvotes

Thank you for the comment, as i said its my first time so ill do have in mind that for a next build i make. :)
I cant level up my Q ability 5 times before level 9...
I already check that, I was wrong in the ability sequence, but not its just fine... it should let you max your Q at lvl 9 not at 8 as it was before.
