Hello, well this guide shows how i prefer to play as Jarvan IV as pure damage dealer. Consider that in order to be able to play like this, you need a good tank in your team cause after lvl 13 you will be fragile but you can pawn almost anyone in 1v1 fights, or pawn anything if you charge last when on team fights.

Well i normally user exhaust and flash. Reason of this is that:
Exhaust works like a charm in fights where you have to shut down the damage dealer of the other team (lets say i use it on katarina when she starts ulti, so she will not do almost any damage and she will die in an a second with the whole team focusing the guy with the exhaust.

Flash will save your *** many times when you are being chased, (yes i know you can escape through walls with your combo (E+Q) but i usually mix them up to confuse opponents so i can run away. Also works like a charm in fights for many reasons. (think people think)!!!

Well my runes, are very aggressive, you have to know to play Jarvan well cause you have no help at health or resist by these runes, but they will help you nuke your opponents.

Marks: 9x Greater Mark of Desolation. Armor penetration runes, which will cause you to see your damage increased even in level 1. Really, this is the only pick up for everyone playing Jarvan.

Seals: Here, well i use 9x Greater Seal of Malice. By using my item guide as well, you will critically hit almost every time (almost 70%). Have in mind your armor penetration runes as well. You will just pawn anyone in your path in a matter of seconds.

Glyphs: Greater Glyph of Focus ladies and Gentleman. Why? You need faster cooldowns, faster ulti, faster combos. you can be great addition to a team fight, not only by your destructive force, but also cause the enemies will be up in the air very often making them easier targets. They will also help you at starting levels, so you can hide a bit in bushes, combo your enemy, exhaust, you and your lane mate hit. dead. its easy!

Well you want to start with Demacian Standard (E). gives you and your teammate some bonus armor and attack speed. Also works like a ward in bushes. Who doesn't want that at start?

2nd you take Dragon Strike (Q). With that your combo is finished. Do what i told you to do at the glyphs description and everything will work like charm.

3rd skill you wanna take, is your Golden Aegis (W) some Hp (depends on how many enemies) and slows them. Good to have it early on.

From now on you wanna max out your Q+E fast. so you take them by leveling. Be sure to grab your ultis ofc. From times to times you may wanna add a point to golden aegis as well for some more survivability. (i barely do that but you can do it if you see something goes wrong)!
