Very straight forward build. Try it out and let me know how it goes. So far I haven't lost any solo ranked ques. I have also been able to survive using E+Q wisely. The last 4 items in this build are situational and is up to you to decide when and if you should get them. For example, If you have no problem staying alive you can purchase Sword of the Occult and gain stacks towards AD, but if you seem to be focused by the other team then a Thornmail or Banshees would greatly assist your survivability. Try not to use your E+Q combo knockup early game unless you believe you can get a kill. This is because early game you are very mana hungry. This build helps change those problems. Also If you find yourself getting hit hard you may want to consider buying Warmogs.
