Hey mans this build is of the Jarvan IV, i'm hope that you will vote.
This build is of the modes:
Jarvan IV full tank
Jarvan IV tank AD
I will show the informations under.

Masteries

The masteries are all balanced, u have points of masterie on all modes:Offense, Defense, Utility
The builds are differents but the masteries are the same, so u no need change masteries to made full tank or tank AD.

Skill Sequence

The spell that u most use to kill is dragon strike. Obs:Dragon strike is used only to kill (Minions or enemies).
To destroy turrets u need have this information:Use 'Demacian Stantard' to destroy turrets, because it will give attack speed to u and to your friends.

Runes

Full Tank:
Like u will have more armor than magic resist here i made the full tank runes almost only of magic resist, armor is only quintensses.
Tank AD:
The balanced runes is of magic resist, armor, attack damage so u will have balanced stats and will kill easier.

Items

Full Tank:
To full tank you build some items, but... Why 7 items? This build no is to have 7 items because is impossible, so when u end Banshee's Veil u need sell Doran's Shield and begin buy Force Of Nature.
Tank AD:
If u think that is stranger have 7 items on this build is the same of first build, make Banshee's Veil and sell Doran's Shield after it buy Last Whisper. In this build u need have health before Atma's Impaler, if u see Atma's passive u will know because health before Atma's.
