Jarvan is one of those champions you never like to see coming for you. Make great use of his EQ combo, first throwing the standard and then following through with your lance to deal damage and knock your opponent in the air. Right after activate your shield to absorb damage and slow your oppponent. This is very devastating and with your armor pen then don't have much of a chance. Notice how in my build i don't buy boots until later on, this is because jarvan can get out of jungle ganks quickly with his eq combo, allowing him to get extra damage at the start.
