This guide is just what items i think you should build with Jarvan. I advise you to read "The prince of solotop" guide, if you don't know how to play Jarvan. This guide, is just the compilation of items i like to build while playing Jarvan. If you choose this guide, you must understand that you're mid-game will be a little weak, compared to other builds. BUT, in end-game, you WILL be invincible!! I guarantee it, you are a walking dinosaur! If you are not, feel free to switch out a little attack speed for more armor or magic resist, depending on which enemy is fed. You can also replace them for another [*] warmogs armor. This will in adition to giving you extra health give you more attack damage thanks to [*] Atma's Impaler!

When im playing jarvan, i normally take teleport, especially if im going to solo top, which is very easy with jarvan, due to his very strong early game. If im not going to solo top, or feel like trying to secure a few more kills, i choose ignite. I find that there are so many players that use pots, even heal, etc, and using an ignite to limit their recuperation is badass imo.

I like to start out with a demacian standard(flag), because it works as a free ward, to check bushes etc, + it gives you additional attack speed, which combined with Jarvans incredibly hard auto attacks, can make the toughest of enemies cower in fear. I also choose to max this ability first. Secondly i take dragon strike, because it does nice damage, and when combined with the flag, it will both drag you to it(the flag) and throw up all enemies in your path. This is great for surprising an unsuspecting enemy. I max golden aegis last, as i find that your other spells are too valuable when compared to this one, hence, i max it last. When it comes to your ultimate, you jump ontop of your enemy and lock him inside a circle. Try not to use this on enemies with flash ready, or enemies with abilities that allow them to jump through the wall, like Shaco. Try to use this as an advantage for your team. remember that you can lock enemies inside and flash out!
