This is my first build so please, leave comments on things you think i need to include

PROS:
Fast attacker
Early PK
Great Support and holding

Cons:
Kinda Squishy
Can be negated with armor

Because of the Way I build Jarvan you want him to attack as fast as possible but have the health to survive AND some Mana regen as you won't get much of that from Items

Jarvan IV is the newest Champion in the league and not much is known about him at the moment, I've seen too many players build him rather tanky when he is not a tank, he is a melee bruiser, and so i decided to make my own build which so far i've been quite successful with

The thing most people I've played against/with is that he is a SPEED Champion, I've seen in too many games Jarvan stacking large resist or armor all because his Ulti traps people in a ring with him, which i must admit is tanky, but it is not supposed to be used as such, its a trap so the enamy can't get away much like Yi's Highlander, so I started to think, why not build him kinda like Yi, and so i started out on my quest, to make a Speed Jarvan

Jarvan at start attacks faster than most champions thanks to his Standard Passive bonus, and he can even make his companions faster so there is no reason to start with an attack item, Pick up some light Defense with cloth and health potions so you can stay in a lane longer, thus gaining more Farm and getting items you need, but remember, just because you don't have any attack items doesn't mean you can't gank, and Jarvan is a GREAT Early Champion, his standard gives him a range damage which can also scout brushes, start with that and exhause a champion so you can pick up an early kill and some early gold

once the first engagement is done, go start to work on your boots, boots should always be gotten early so you can move, plus berserker greaves just make you faster in attack and movement making a chase just that much easier

By the time around 6th Level you really need to start to watch the Map as your Ulti makes it so you can trap enamies so your team can run or get single kills without interuption

I understand that what i have said is not complete and that I personally don't have any pictures to show what i can do with Jarvan, I hope you will take my word on this, on a side note i would also like to state that this build was Created by me, but not used by me, I am not much of a dmg player and my best champions are Shen, Mord, and Mundo, BUT me and my friends did use this build the other day (me as Shen my friend Blake as Jarvan) and we ended up with Jarvan at 15/1/11 so if he has an account here, he can show that this build is Powerful from a first hand experience
