This is a simple build not getting in depth with it, but you can replace Exhaust with Ghost. Most of this build is made for many situations, but as always keep an open mind and always remember that with pure magic use Force of Nature instead of Atma's Impaler if your going main tank and if not then you shouldnt mind the Force of Nature too much.

My other item switch would have to be Atma's Impaler, and Madreds BloodRazor if they are fairly tanky so you can rip them to shreds even though ur passive is just as epic with this.

Overall you should just be open minded with the items you choose, but unless something drastic is going on with the teams focusing on either pure atk dmg, or pure magic then just keep with what you got and change to what you have to.
