Introduction

Jarvin the Fourth is the newest champion. at least until the next one comes out. He is a great pusher and dps. as well as a possible off tank if necessary. although in my personal opinion, he should not tank. Why? because he is a beat your face in and do it with a smile champ. although he doesn't smile much....

Runes

I chose Armor pen, which is great with Dragon Strike, Health, to make his a bit less squishy, and mana regen, for he is very mana dependent early game.

Masteries

I do a basic 21-8-1 With 4 points in the cool-down reduction instead of crit damage, just so you can get those moves off faster.

Items

I have read many builds, and none of them take care of his mana dependency. I do. With manatune, you do not have to worry about your mana, and you get a really good boast in damage, it is always, ALWAYS, the first item, you can usually get it by...oh level 5 or so depending on how you are doing in lane. and that give you 120-30 total damage right there, meaning you are probably already out damaging most of the champions. After Manatune, i go with Boot of Luciticy. For one reason. The give massive Cool-down. Combined with The Brutalizer and your masteries, that gives you 28% cool-down, so you're ult is down to 80 secs or so. Ok, now i go for either Frozen mallet or Warmogs. It is situation. if you need the health, go Warmogs, if you want damage, go mallet. Next item is the Impaler. This is your bread and butter. With the boost in health from the Warmog/Mallet, it boosts your damage by at least 20-30% That is one hell of a jump.

Summoner Spells

I go with Exhaust and Ghost. A Exhaust for an early game slow and Ghost for your chasing ability.

Other options include: Cleanse, obvious reasons, teleport, and ignite, and clarity, for obvious reasons. Those are the only ones i would substitute for them.

Summary

And that is it. ONe thing, if you are going to get manatune, IT MUST BE FRIST ITEM ONLY! If you don't get it first, don't bother. It will seriously mess up your item builds and crash your dps. Any questions, feel free to ask, as for my lack of a flashy build, i am still trying to figure out how to do that.
