This build revolves around two core concepts: cannon W has a crit modifier and fiendarrows can be used really well by jayce in neutral. I tried to find as much in way of ability haste or ability based items to make this playable by normal jayce players, but there's versions of this that swap ER for Kraken to full commit to pressing w and killing someone.

Simple, press w and auto your enemy.
