Start with two FAerie Charms and either 2 HP and 1 Mana or 2 Mana and 1 HP.

Farm in lane til around 1200 (atleast 600) and back to get Philosopher Stones.

In no particular order, get three avarice blades and ionian boots of lucidity after.

At approximately 1900g turn one Avarice Blade into Youmuu's Ghostblade

At 3680g sell a Philosopher Stone and buy Infinity Edge, then after 2495g sell a Philosopher Stone for Phantom Dancer, so on and so forth until your build is done.

Gather your starting items and stand by the Nexus. The moment 1:30 hits and a minion spawns, shoot it. Shoot the first Melee minion for the middle lane to aid them. Follow the line of minions to your lane and shoot another melee minion. Your whole goal during the laning phase is to deny the Melee/Cannon minions in your lane, while last-hitting as many minions as you possibly can with your normal attack and Q. Refrain from auto-attacking minions other then to last hit so that your lane will stay pushed to your tower. When pushing, shoot Caster minions. Remember to use your ultimate to aid other lanes, or to keep opponents away fromy our towers, after 40% CDR it will have a 72s CD. If this is done right you'll average approx 19-20k gold a game.
