Well in this build your plan is to use Jhin's passive ability whisper. Don't even think about buying guardian angel because this build is all about damage and mobility.

start with Doran's blade, health potion and warding trinket for sustainability in lane. But if your enemy lane will harass the soul out of you like Kogmaw, Miss Fortune or Caitlyn just get Doran's shield, health potion and warding trinket for health recovery.

For your core items get Essence Reaver for the stacking cdr from the critical strike you're going to build, this also is a great AD item for the critical chance items you're going to build. Next Phantom Dancer for critical chance and attack speed that will stack with your passive that increases your AD and movement speed when you crit. (buy boots of speed when you have a spare 300 from buying essence reaver).

For the boots if you have enemies that have a lot of slows take the swiftness, but if you have a lot of tank enemies get the greaves for more damage because of your passive, and lastly for heavy ADC carry get ninja tabi because its ****ing broken... look at the damn passive of the ninja tabi its broken af.

now for the finishing items get IE to maximize base damage output and for it's passive, when you want a close combat killing machine get statikk and Runaan. And if you want a longer ranged one get stattik and rapidfire, then get guinsoo last trust me get it last its because you want to get a 100% critical chance first so u can move fast as **** boiiiiiiiiii, the guinsoo will just maximize the damage but the critical chances will maximize your mobility.

Get fleet footwork for more lane sustainability, then triumph for more gold when you get kills, alacrity for the attack speed that will stack with your passive for AD and MS and lastly coup de grace to easily kill low health enemies that's running away with your ultimate.

Get celerity for MS,AP or AD and Gathering storm for more AD.

This Jhin build is squishy but it will tear a new ******* to enemies.

I didn't even bother computing the passive percentage's but in English it deals a lot of ****ing damage.
