Gotta ask about Ravenous hunter. From what I've tested I don't see this working on her at all consistently. I remember giving up on that one after most games it ended with like 400-500 healing. You say her mid game is stronger than late game but why is her Late Game Winrate a higher Win % (statistically appears to be her highest winning % when it goes above 35 min)
Are you using this just as a place holder or do you actually like it? The problem with it from what I've found is that often Qiyana is obliterating 1-2 people but not really trying to prolong anything out so like if you wanted healing Triumph would actually be better since it fits with her a lot more.

Early on it doesn't give enough healing so you'd be better off just going and getting biscuits and time warped or something like that if you wanted more sustain early and mid game because you generally just want to blow up someone or 1-2 people it's like kind of counter intuitive because if you do what you are suppose to (1-1 1/2 rotations max) they should die so it's like you can't really prolong fights to get these "Out sustain" sort of plays from it like you would a Ryze or a Cassiopeia

The bruiser build at a glance (along with runes) don't look like they work consistently because (unlike the other build) you didn't go into any mana items at all which is going to really gimp your sustain overall but also the builds look a bit unfocused; like the items themselves work as "Good items" however together they kind of make no sense on a bruiser Qiyana build like you have Ravenous Hydra and Trifroce which are for sure somewhat of a staple in a "Bruiser build" but when should I get a tiamat? Should i complete triforce first? Also why triforce here instead of something else for mana? Like a Tear/Manamune Triforce build makes a lot of sense but Ravenous Hydra Triforce without a Tear is like kinda unviable don't you think especially with nothing like POM or Corrupting Pots to get some sort of sustain mp regen.

Also what are the damage differences in items with the components and when do the item spikes happen with her with the bruiser build? Is my 1 item spike with Ravenous Hydra more than if I had Manamune/Muramana? Also do you think this build is a Split push build or more of a team fight sort of build? Also why nothing in the REsolve tree if this is a bruiser build? Is conditioning bad on Qiyana even though you are going Death's Dance but should she build any other survival items or just rely solely on those runes?

Bruiser Qiyana is viable into the right composition. If you're going bruiser, play it top lane as you aren't the hard carrying it as mid if you go bruiser. With bruiser Qiyana you can still assassinate adcs or apcs as you deal a lot of damage but you also can split push very easily and initiate every fight that you want without getting one shotted. Qiyana is flexible that you can build anything on her as long as it scales with her ad.

Is bruiser Qiyana even viable?
