Not sure how you died, I just went and double checked it and it works fine. You shouldn't die at blue...

Are you popping your health pot as soon as you start attacking blue?

i died at blue buff, i had runes, masteries and everything yet i died, dont get pulverize at 1 get it at 2. heal first then pulverize and then heal again and headbutt and so on
and yes i do kno how to jungle

Oh yes I forgot about the headbutt pulverize combo, I will make a note on it in the combo section if you feel you can't get right up behind the target. Thanks a lot!

You cover the basics pretty well, and i also find your skill sequence covered very well. However i must disagree on the ganking point. Many enemies will run away quickly if you dont have ghost up, so you wont be able to do Q>W combo. Instead i recommend you try out W instantly followed up by a Q for disable aswell, as u won't knock the target away. With this combo u stun them for 1.5 sec and get to them instantly. The other combo is the most optimal, but this is much more safeproof as only noobs lets u get close enough for the feared Q>E combo.
Otherwise I agree with your guide (Flash over Ghost imo)
