This is pretty much my exact build I use. Except for boots, but since you mentioned that boots are situational it basically is the same as my own O: so of course I'm gonna agree with this build. Though when ganking, I try to pounce and root with E(ferocity) and save the slow if they have a chnace at getting away still.

Decent guide. You might want to consider more graphics and different colors, I found myself getting confused reading it.
