I would use 9 marks of desolation and 3 quints of flat AP. I think this will boost your early dmg much more then the runes you are using now.
When you first gank for example Ashe with 25 armor at lvl 4 with deso marks you will do 91% AD and just 82% AD with your mark setting. Now you might saying that you are doing 0.81 attacks per sec and with my suggestion you are doing just 0.73 attacks per sec. When you are calculating the dmg per sec, you will recieve nearly the same dmg. But i think you want to burst your enemy down as quick as posible, so i think more dmg in your first autoattack should be better. (this is ofc just my opinion, alacry marks are also good)
The flat AP quints are just better.
