Introduction
First we will talk about masteries. We will be taking a fairly standard defense/ support tree line-up. I put 2 points in indomitable but I believe if you wanted to move them to evasion it would work better late game but I prefer to get through my first path of neutrals with as little damage as possible so I can gank harder.
Now here is where it starts to look different for singed. We took 9: Greater Mark of Alacrity. This again is to keep your first run through the jungle faster then the opposing team will expect and with less damage on you so less worry about being counter jungled. I believe it is possible to use 9: Greater Mark of Insight but I prefer the attack speed for jungle and when you gank those first few levels. Everything else is standard singed building.
What I have found works well is rushing the Rod of Ages. Then I would look at how the fights are going and I would work on your force of nature, or Frozen heart. This will just depend on who you are ganking and the damage they are putting out. Now also, another item to think about if the enemy team has lots of cc (crowd control) is the Quicksilver Sash. This would be a good substitute for the Force of nature mid game due to its low cost and pretty decent magic resist. Also late game depending on your team your facing you may want to change your shoes to Mercury Treads or Ninja Tabis depending on your opponents team or your play style.
Quick View:
-Wolves
-Blue
-Wraiths
-wolves/ Golems
-red
When the match starts buy quickly and get into position. You will be starting at wolves and try to get mid and the other appropriate lane to guard your blue because the opposing team may try to invade and take it. If this happens you can go to there blue and take theirs with your team or can go to red* (will come back to this). But lets hope everything goes smoothly. When using your "Q" don't just leave it on, this will run you outta mana. Instead all you need to do is turn it on every 2-3 sec to keep them poisoned. You will use this technique through the whole jungle. If you can get a couple pokes from mid to help with wolves all the better. After wolves you move to blue. Let mid leash blue and that is when you start to "q" off and on as needed. Then to either enemy wraiths if opposing jungle is slower or to your wraiths. Now if top or mid are looking gankable (pushed to far, low hp, ect) I would go back to wolves. But if the situation is not favorable just go to your golems instead of wolves then to red. Now you should back and buy. While you have red, its slow effect will help you gank so try to find a lane to gank at this point and Counter jungle whenever possible. It will be hard for the opposing jungle to kill you because he will have to chase and anyone who solo chases singed is never happy about it.
*Now that you have been invaded you have 2 choices. You can go to Enemy blue immediately with team mates and take theirs (can get wolves also) or if your team is not wanting to do that go to red. Get a leash just like usual. Once you have red mid/ bot should be about back in lane. You should be level 2 at this point and since they invaded most likely still level 1. Use reds slow ability and your toss to secure a kill with your mid. At the very least they are scared/ or have to "b."
