Get armor and 3-5 health potions. Getting 3 will help you item faster, but 5 is more safe. Start at the health golems, then grab the other two small camps (wraiths and wolves). You should be level 3 while the dual lane is level 1. If against another jungle, move to their wraiths. They will probably be there, and you might get an early gank and steal their buffs. If not against another jungle, attempt a gank on a lane or just grab wraiths from the other side. Go back to base, get your madreds razors and some health potions, go to golem and jungle from there. If you don't yet have enough for madreds, get the parts for it, potentially getting your lifesteal (if you prefer it to the longsword), and then go back to the health golems and grab the small camps again and gank. Go back and you should have enough for wriggles. Enjoy from there.
