I agree with Searz. This build needs work. You honestly don't need Razors and would be better keeping the Cloth Armor for a Frozen Heart later. Focus on going for straight AP/survivability items. You obtain Mejai's way too late to be of any use whatsoever. The skill sequence is a bit messed up too, as I believe you should have one rank in Blood Boil by level 4 to help ganks.

The one Quintessence of Focus is really not needed.

Madreds=Useless. Consume/Smite/Ice blast are easily enough to jungle. His ult really needs banshee too.

Heal is not really needed, with Smite and Consume you shouldn't get hit much. I suggest putting a mastery point in Smite instead of Critical Strike since you don't make use of your Crits anyway. Plus with the 15% Summoner Abilities cooldown reduction, it can net you another 5$ every now and then.

Getting at least one level in blood boil can help you get around the jungle faster in early game, before you get your boots.

With your current item build you also go over the hard cap of cooldown reduction, which is 40%. There might be some other items you could get in order to achieve maximum efficiency, or that would cost less.

Other than that, great guide buddy.

Flat magic penetration is applied before percentage based magic penetration. So, 90- 40 = 50 x.85= 42.5 Magic resist left. aka 47.5 Magic penetration. Other wise good build. I tried a similar thing when attempting a lvl 1 team kill of dragon. Smite + consume made it go a lot faster.
