Irelia Guide

Why isn't she viable? I think that with good build she can be good in the jungle.
Like Sirell said, her clear speed is terrible and she has a really high gold and level threshold before she will shine. Now a jungle offers both less CS and xp than a lane offers (and still will after S4, but to some lesser extent). Besides that, her ganks are not 100% reliable.
Even if it would be viable, you would not be playing it correctly. Irelia jungle needs attack speed marks, should grab E at level 3 and would run different masteries. If you're building irelia full tank, you're doing it wrong.
I don't see what the fun is in playing something that gets outclassed in every aspect by other junglers.

I already answered this. The 'good build' is far too expensive and she has slow clear.

You splash your runes too much, so you don't get the most effective stats out of them. You just get a lot of small stats that don't amount to much in the early game and amounts to negligible in the late game.
