Spells:

Introduction

This build is all based on the ability to go in and get a kill and have enough speed to get out from team fights fast.

Runes

Runes are all about crit damage. Believe me when i say this killer runes and the items will get you a 4-6 shot kill against champs with up to ~5000 HP.

Masteries

Masteries are damage based so you can have some extra damage during the game. They also help your summoner spells.

Items

Items are ALL about movement speed and crit damage and crit chance. You should jungle and in between all those Phantom Dancers you should buy a Bloodthirster so it can help you a bit. You can ultimately change one or two Dancers for one or two life steal items, highly recommend, if you do change them, to get Bloodthirsters because they also can give you crucial damage that would so help your crit. You may also change a Dancer for a Frozen Mallet so it can help you slow down your enemy and chases easier.

Skill Sequence

Skill sequence varies and it really doesn't matter. as long as you know how to distribute well the point you're good.

Summoner Spells

If an enemy has the Flash spell, the Exhaust spell should help you stop them so you can easily catch up and get the kill. As for the Teleport spell, it can help you gank different zones and defend allies from harrasers.
