Tristana is very strong, once she jumps on you with her support. You are going to have no chance. Make sure you call up your jungler for assistance.

Introduction
About Me
Hi, I'm BoomerangTang. Welcome to my Kalista Guide. I've been playing Kalista for the last few months. Kalista is a very easy champion to play at the beginning. However, her mechanics make her very difficult to control and master. I used to main Jungler with Master Yi and found it quite boring. I then played ADC with Kalista, as she was in the free rotation and I absolutely loved her. She was very mobile, and I even got a penta kill with her. Link to that match: http://matchhistory.oce.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/OC1/125419178/201869035?tab=stats
Anyway, enough about me, I hope you enjoy this guide.
+ Easy kiting and chasing
+ You can save your support with (R) Fate's Call, initiate fights, or even add additional Crowd Control in teamfights.
+ Easy farm and trade with your ability (E) Rend
+ One of the most mobile champions in the game
+ Very good in midgame and lategame. She can also be strong in the early game if you have a good support.
- A little bit squishy in my opinion
- Mechanics are hard to master and are very difficult
- Annoying animation, attack speed is your best friend to counter this
- Not a very good 1v1 champion, but definitely is do-able when you get fed.

Kalista needs a good support to perform well. I list all the best support champions, who have great synergy with Kalista.
Thresh: Thresh has a great kit, he works very well with Kalista. You can save both yourself and you support with this combo. (R) Fate's Call + (W) Lantern. This is a basic combo, and is the reason why Thresh and Kalista make a great combo.
Blitzcrank: Blitzcrank isn't as strong as Thresh, however his hooks, combined with Kalista's Fates call is a stunning combo. Blitzcrank is most commonly found in low elo games, such as Bronze, and Silver. Blitzcrank will hook an enemy, and just when Blitzcrank is about to get the hook to hit the enemy champion, Kalista will cast her (R) Fate's call to pull Blitzcrank back, along with the enemy. Meaning that it's a free kill. Blitzcrank is a lot easier than Thresh, but that's because of his kit. It isn't very strong but I highly recommend finding a good support before you plan on playing Kalista.
I don't have a lot of experience with other supports, I have played with Poppy, Alister, and Leona. However, I don't have much to say about them.

The amount of CS (Creep Score) that you get in 10 minutes, will easily define whether or not you are good enough to play ADC. Here is how I rate CS in 10 minutes.
Kalista is typically a champion that requires teamwork and communication. If these attributes do not suit you, don't play Kalista. She is strong in the mid to late game. Your allies will rely on you, as you will do a significant amount of damage in team fights. You will easily be able to dodge skill shots, stuns, and hard CC. Make sure you understand her mechanics before hopping into a Ranked Game.
Remember: Kalista needs a good support to perform well. So Solo Q will not be the best option if you're going for Kalista.
