If you replace 2 rylai's with 2 archangle, you'll get more AP

Potency glyphs?
- lemme ask you something, when do you need AP?

2x Rylai's Crystal Scepter, even though Slows do not stack?
- Imo getting 1 is wasted... but that's just me

Poor Description?
- Consider writing a bit more?

Ur mid champion and u got powerful slow so in my opinion you don't need boots,but if u wants change rylai's for penetration boot's only ^^, greetings
