Great guide over all. I would recomend going a bit more in depth in mastries. Try to avoid some miss codeing like this: [[kassadin. Makes you look un-porfesional =D.

i think you should be more specific about what summoner spells to take. Heal is deffintly bad on kass and clarity is iffy...i'd deffintly take a second look at that section cause i see it as the one that needs the most work. keep it up though

Good guide! Please change the Banshee's veil cooldown from 45 minutes to 45 seconds though hahah!

I agree with killer on this its better to get your mana crystal first and get catalyst ASAP i dont think theres a better way to start Kassadin, especially solo mid.

ive tried it both ways and dorans rings didnt work out well for me. if u prefere it that way buy the rings. i just think that with runes i have enough early game ap and kassa has enough base health. so i take the mana crystal to get the catalyst faster.
Anyway... its ur own choice!

just a heads up, i'd just like to point out that you put 1 Mastery Point into Spatial Accuracy even though you don't have Teleport as as summoner spell. i would place that one point into Good Hands . other than that everything's great :D

I have to agree with kemyst. Cleanse is better in team fights then the flash/merc treads idea. Granted its better than the popular sorcerer boots/flash combination but the problem is during team fights against lots of disablers which can come up quit frequently. They will chain disable you and even with merc treads youll be down for enough time to burst you down.

At the same time I havn't seen the flash/merc treads idea yet so i give you props for showing it to everyone else. Your other item combinations are interesting like will of the ancients and mejai's. That should really help with lane stay and prolong your usefulness in team fights. :)

Also you need to update your view of nether blade and possibly think a way of incorporating it into your build since it scales of ap now.

I will vote on your guide once I've had a chance to try it. Check mine out if you get a chance.
