Hello, this is what I would like to call a "pocket-guide" for Kassadin. It has every important aspect you need to know about Kassadin, while being very small and easy guide.

As Kassadin, a rule of thumb you should follow is: Never leave lane before you enemy.

Don't harass with your level 1 Q. Begin the harassing when you get your level 2 Q.

Take a point in E instead of R when you reach level 11. This is because you get increased burst/kill potential.

Reason for teleport is because I usually roam bot a lot, and teleport is so good on Kassadin because when you arrive botlane, you can close the gap with your riftwalk and if necessary, your flash. However, teleport is optional, some like to run Ignite on Kassadin too which is completely fine.
