Here is how the item order works depending on your situation. I won't focus on little differences like what other champions are played.
Opponents Fed
For when you have the unfortunate event of playing with a feeder, here is what choice you got.
After getting the icon=Boots of Speed size=19 followed by ((Bilgewater Cutlass)) first to icon=Hextech Gunblade size=19 You have to either get icon=Frozen Mallet size=19 first or if you feel confident icon=:Infinity Edge size=19 followed by icon=Frozen Mallet size=19
