The math is incorrect on ability power and attack damage. The site does not add in the 3% AP from mana, the 30% increase from the deathcap, nor the passive 30% of ad to AP or 15% of AP to AD. The actual stats are 687.825 AP and 321.869 AD. Significantly higher then what is listed.

This Kayle build is designed as a ranged nuker. Use fury, whack on them, reckoning them as they run to slow them, and use your heal for speed to escape. I take the general 11/19 for Magic/Armor pen and 19 in utility for the increased cool down and movement speed.

I almost always take teleport so I can hop over to an ally who looks like they are going to be in trouble. The second spell is normally ghost or flash. In ranked games I use ignite when I am facing a swain/mundo/vlad/Warwick.

Yes the build is expensive, and it is rare to get the last hextext gunblade. You must train your self to be in the mind set of always killing something. If you notice your team has a habbit of 5 minute turret fights at an enemy turret where it is a giant game of chicken, just bail on them and go clear lanes. Always - ALWAYS be killing things.
