In my opinion the guide isn't in its best potential and is a huge wall of text, i read it all and wasnt worth it and didnt help me much, and my main is kayle..

Apparently, the new planned passive gives her double penetration. (LOL.)

Mpen adn ArPen, instead of the 30 and 15% AP and Damage scaling. IMO, I don't really like.

Huh, that's reasonable, anyway. More anti-tank than anti-carry, though. I hope the .25 AP scaling on the heal doesn't happen, though. They are going to make her the butt of quite a few jokes if they do that, though.

Last I heard, they reverted Kayle back to the previous patch for now, but the tooltips still look like what you've posted here. Madness.

Anyway, sometime soon(ish?) there should be a real patch. It really looks like they released the rework prematurely by accident. I hope the real thing is better than this. Some things I liked about it, but the nerf to the passive, the AP nerf on W, and the raw mana hunger on W just turn my stomach. It's a Doran's + Philo kind of mana hunger we're talking about.

Like the idea of the Q buff and the flat damage on E, but the super-nerfed AP scaling on E sounds awful, too.

I just hope they actually buff her, like the journal said they would, in stead of giving us a nerf-buff soup an calling it a buff. If they do that, then they have to awkwardly write an article about some other, different curse that came just as soon as the other was removed, which would be dumb, but they're the ones who pitched it as a buff in the first place. X-P

I do have Battleborn Kayle skin because the original is ugly and I actually like playing her every once in a while, but I can't say I'm op :D however my games have been better even though I've been experimenting all different builds: tankish-support kayle, dps Kayle, basic hybrid kayle...

Next I will try this build. It seems quite nice, but I think I'll buy shoes earlier than that. Her heal isnt that ****py either, (Sona has worse, but shorter CD so I guess that makes it even) therefore I think maybe upping it earlier is better than slow.

All in all, it depends a lot on how aggressive you or your lane parter is. If you're petty passive, you might not need the sustainability. Works vice - versa. If your lane enemy is a poker to the max, the heal may be necessary before upping Q or even Fury, yes.

Very good build. I was looking into playing Kayle, and I'll take this build into consideration.

However!!!!!

I disagree with your opening statement.

Galio.

Hah! Well, you do see some people playing some Galio these days. Kayle is never even touched upon, especially in ranked.

Hoping we'll see a lot more Kayles soon, she's very underrated.
