What would you get instead of mejais, if your going for hard ability power kayle?

I really think you should get tear of the goddess early if you get arch angel, and I wouldn't get mejai since the chances of getting a good stack amount is slim to none. I would take 5% exp over 5% mana since 1k mana only gives 50 mana extra; almost nothing. She has a constant speed boost in Divine blessing, so I would get something like ignite for early kills or exhaust to lower resistance on the enemy. Cleanse is a good choice too. I don't understand flat ability power runes if per level is better by level 6; a waste of ip and not making the most of runes. I can't +1 it; sorry.
