Since this is the only guide for Dominion Kennen, I thought I'd give a little feedback. As of right now, I don't want to vote on your guide, because I see there's a lot of things you could fix in it.

First of all, you say that AP Kennen isn't viable anymore. Try building Will of the Ancients, Rylai's Crystal Scepter and Rabadon's Deathcap and see for yourself. Spellvamp, health+slow and a massive AP boost makes Kennen a death machine. I've finished games with 19/8/22 etc stats.

Your build focuses on AS yet you max W last. IMO the active aoe damage possibilities and the extra damage you get from every 5th hit is too much to make it sucha low priority.

You could add a section for the use of skills and combos, so that new players get to using Kennen more effectively faster. For example:

Q + W + Q = Basic stun combo. Throw Q from afar, wait for it to cooldown, go in with W and another Q.

E + W (+ Autoattacks & Q)= AOE damage/farming pack of minions from a turret.

E + W + R + W = The teamfight double stun. Run through enemies with E, activate W for 2 marks of the storm for each, activate ulti for nearly instant Stun and 2 marks of the storm after the first stun, since ulti hits everyone 3 times. Top it off with a W to stun everyone again. Watch out for energy, it will be out after this.

Building AS-AD doesn't mean you should ignore the damage from skills completely.

You don't mention the item Ionic Spark anywhere on your guide. I tried it with Kennen and I think it works well with attack speed builds. It has a nice lightning animation to make Kennen look more "stormy". The +250 health also make it a nice early game item, since it's cheap.

Those are just a few of the points I'd like to share. Overall your guide looks nice but may not be in it's full glory yet. Maybe you should get someone who speaks fluent english to look it through as of now, it's a bit of a grammatic mess. I guess you use Google Translator to make such funny sentences :) But nice work and keep it up! You can do better! I hope I helped even a bit at it.

I'll give it a shot. I think that such a build is certainly more viable on dominion than in normal game.
