Good hands is not better than Perseverence. 4% Health and mana regen is a lot more important than an extra 6% death time. You shouldn't be dying that much on bird anyways because of your egg.

Did you plan on having this guide go anywhere in the top 10?
If so, you may want to add a lot more information, as well as having more coding done.

EDIT: As for your masteries, Good Hands is far greater than Perseverence , so you may want to change that.

Well done. Anivia in my opinion has one of the highest skill gaps of all the mids but I feel like a well played Anivia is highly rewarding.

This is a great guide. It's detailed and has screenshots (who doesn't like screenshots?). One thing though is that you can use [ [item/champ/skill] ] to highlight it for example Rod of Ages and have the picture which I'm sure you have seen in other guides.
