With Klepto you want to trade has much with your enemy .
Mortal Will (W) will prox Klepto really fast,you will gain potion and that Gold that will help you in lane .
You also want to Roam as much has you can, if you stay Top all the time you wont succed. With that build if you play right you will do a ton of damage and be unstopable .
Use your ult to gank Bot or Mid and TP to get to lane or Vice versa .
