i'v updated my build, so i still say malady is a good choice in general but really after madreds you need to build according to the situation. this is just a general idea of what to do for starting out. as you play kogmaw you will develop your own sense of what you're doing. also, merc treads arent necessary if your opponents dont have much for cc. usually in a 5v5 i get them cause usually people play cc characters. but again, it just depends. otherwise get greaves or boots o' swiftness.

haha, ok thanks :) and the chalice is the best mana regen i have found with him because it gives early magic resist and u can spam your ult with it *which is very useful* because it regenerates faster when you're low. i just played a game where i completed the whole build (did that bow and arrow weapon that the name escapes me atm and it does 40% Armour pen instead of starks fervor)and when i had money to spare i traded my chalice for the full archangels staff but that takes too long to build early game so thats why i say chalice would be the best. sry for the eye damage on my giant block o' words. if i get the time i'll change that :)

Hey I like your build a bit. However I would suggest going for a tear of the goddess instead of the chalice, then upgrade that to a manamune after u get your madreds. adds some attack damage and some more mana(not that you need it unless u spam ult). The only thing i did not like about your build was the MASSIVE wall of text trying to describe what kog was about. my eyes hurt before i started reading it. try having some paragraphs at least, or some colored text depicting what section it is. that's all
