This build is terrible. I assume that it was made as a joke. No one should ever try to implement this build. Malady is incredibly gold inefficient and does virtually nothing late game. It also impedes the rate at which you obtain madreds and can begin really carrying. Tiamats are and gunblade are also terrible on kog maw doing nothing whatsover to improve his carrying ability. I hope you do not continue to deceive other people in the future and think carefully about what you post on the internet.
It works for me. I get around 20 kills and 5 deaths per game. Before you start slagging off a build, at least try it, mhhm?
