Evelynn Guide
Krat's Evelynn AP Jungle build.
The reason I wouldn't get Hex-tech is because too expensive on an already expensive build with no real pay off early to late game for Evelynn. This build ensures across the board sustained damage that carries from early to mid and late game. As Evelynn you really don't need those boots for the first two ganks and the added damage from Amplifying Tome is too much to pass on when ganking early game. Also, if you read my reasoning for each item you'll see how they all fit together rather nicely. There's just no room for Hex Tech and massive amounts of damage late game.
